Following successful admission confirmation, children and their parents/guardians are guided through a structured onboarding process to ensure a smooth, welcoming and comfortable transition into the school community.

The onboarding process may include:

• Completion of admission and fee-related formalities.
• Verification and submission of any pending documents.
• Allocation of the child to the appropriate class and division.
• A welcome and orientation session for children and parents/guardians.
• Introduction to school routines, rules, academic expectations and communication channels.
• Sharing of the academic calendar, timetable and important school guidelines.
• Familiarisation with the school campus, facilities and essential student-support services.
• Introduction to age-appropriate co-curricular, enrichment and student development opportunities.
• Guidance on school-related requirements, routines and expectations to help children settle in confidently.

For our younger learners, particularly those joining Nursery and Pre-Primary, the onboarding process places special emphasis on helping children feel safe, comfortable and excited about their new learning environment.

The orientation also enables parents/guardians to understand the school’s values, routines, learning approach and expectations, fostering a strong and positive partnership between the school, child and family from the very beginning.
